Dear CIG Community,
We will be holding the first CIG Developers Workshop on February 23 and 25, 2021, to bring together developers and users of CIG-related software for discussions of current community software development practices and common areas for infrastructure improvement. The primary themes of the workshop will be:
- Leverage collective wisdom to make CIG software better and easier to develop and maintain
- Make CIG software more accessible to new users
- Expand the CIG software developer community
- Identify and leverage common infrastructure
Developers of CIG community codes, those interested in contributing code or improving their own codes, and users interested in improving CIG community codes and community practices are encouraged to attend.

Registration deadline: Tuesday February 16
Community Surveys
The workshop discussions will be driven primarily by results of two surveys (one for code developers and one for code users). We strongly encourage everyone to complete the survey(s) appropriate for your roles. See the workshop webpage for details.
Thank you,
