ASPECT AGU 2025 Get-Together

Hello everyone,

For those of us going to AGU in New Orleans this year, it would be great if we could continue the tradition of gathering ASPECT developers and users together to get a nice dinner somewhere!

If you’re interested in joining for this, can you please fill in your availability in this when2meet poll, and make sure that you set your timezone to the correct New Orleans timezone (Central Standard Time)? Once I see how many people are interested in joining, I’ll choose a restaurant that caters to flexible dietary needs and make a reservation.

Thanks for filling out the poll everyone! It looks like the time that worked best for everyone was Wednesday night. I went and reserved a table for a cajun restaurant at 6:30pm Wednesday night at the Oceana Grill (they do have vegetarian/gluten free options).

The plan is to meet right near the North Entrance of the convention center around 5:45 pm on Wednesday. We will need to make sure we start walking no later than 6:00 pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
