Ask for help for Neumann boundary conditions of temperature

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how can I set a Neumann boundary conditions for temperature in ASPECT, i.e., by specifying the expected heat flux on a surface?
It is mentioned a plugin has been implemented in ASPECT Hackathon 2018 Final report but I have no idea about how to use this plugin.

This is the parameter section “Boundary heat flux model”. You can look at https://github.com/geodynamics/aspect/blob/master/tests/boundary_heatflux.prm for example. There is currently no cookbook or benchmark that uses it, as far as I know.
