Hi,
I am trying to run “subduction-2d” and “subduction-3d” from examples and I am getting few issues.
First of all, I don’t see the VIZ folder after I run the step01 in terminal to be used in preview.
The viz folder is missing from examples/subduction-2d. Thanks for reporting this. We will fix this for the next release. In the meantime, you can download the files from the PyLith GitHub repository (https://github.com/geodynamics/pylith/tree/main/examples/subduction-2d/viz).
The viz folder is included with examples/subduction-3d.
IMPORTANT: Only the example steps discussed in the manual will run with PyLith v3. Please do not attempt to run the other steps as we have not yet finished updating them for PyLith v3.
