It looks like you are trying to run step01_axialdisp.cfg in the examples/3d/subduction directory of the PyLith main (development) branch using v2.2.2. The files in the PyLith main branch are not compatible with PyLith v2.2.2. The examples are included in the PyLith binary in the src/pylith-2.2.2/examples directory.
In the future please provide a detailed description of the issue, including the version of PyLith you are using and what you are trying to do.
