I have recently been working on a study regarding the impact of reservoir water level changes on the surrounding pore pressure and surface deformation. My current idea is to build a realistic surface model and then use PyLith to assign time-varying pressure changes at the reservoir location (i.e., the gravitational changes caused by water level fluctuations). Following this, I plan to simulate pore pressure diffusion under specific conditions. However, I am uncertain if this approach is correct.
