CIG welcomes TauP to the community. TauP is a seismic travel time calculator that can also be used to calculate ray paths through the Earth as well as their piercing and turning points. It handles many types of velocity models and can calculate times for virtually any seismic phase. TauP is used by the IRIS Traveltime Web Service.
