The UC Davis Earth and Planetary Sciences Department and I are hosting a
memorial service and reception for Louise Kellogg on Sunday, June 2 2019
at 11:00 AM at the UC Davis Walter A. Buehler Alumni Center on the UC Davis
campus.
The service will be in the Quaker tradition, starting with time for silent
reflection, after which those so moved are encouraged to share their thoughts
and memory of Louise. The service will be following by a reception with food,
beverage, and friendship in the adjoining patio.
For those coming from out-of-town, Carla arranged a block of rooms at
the Quality In and Suites Vacaville, which is ~ 5 miles from our house.

If there are no more rooms in the block, let me know and I can try to
arrange more. Please note the cutoff date for reservations.
So that I have some idea of how many out-of-town people will be coming
to the service, please let me know if you plan to attend, and how many
