ASPECT Hackathon 2020 Application Deadline March 31st

Hi all,
This is a reminder that the application deadline for the ASPECT hackathon is quickly approaching (March 31st). We are committed to make the hackathon happen in whatever form is possible in August, and would encourage you to sign up if you are interested in attending: https://geodynamics.org/cig/events/calendar/2020-aspect-hackathon/?eID=1523

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and currently active travel restrictions we will push back the notifications of acceptance to April 30th and also provide more information about how the hackathon will take place at that time. If you need approvals to organize visas we can offer conditional approvals earlier than that, please let us know if that is the case. Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements before April 30th.

I filled the application online a couple of days ago, but received no confirmation email. Hopefully, it went through… Anyone I should contact to confirm?

If you have successfully registered, you should have been sent to our home page.

Please also check the participant list here to see if your application was received:

This is not an automatic procedure so please do give us around 24-48 hours to post new applications.
You can also check the date at the bottom of the page to see when the list was last updated.
