2 postdoc positions in (computational) geodynamics at the IPGP, in Paris, France

Two postdoctoral positions have been opened at the Institut de Physique du Globe (IPGP), in Paris France. These positions are funded by the French national science agency ( Agence Nationale de la Recherche ), in the context of the GYPTIS (Geodynamic Perturbations of Climate Signals) project led by myself, in collaboration with Marianne Greff, at the IPGP. The research focus of the postdocs will be on computational modelling of the impact of mantle convection dynamics on global sea level and Earth rotation variations during the Cenozoic. Both postdocs will be based at the IPGP.

More details concerning the two projects and conditions for applying will be found in the following links:

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Further inquiries relating to these job offers may be addressed to Alessandro Forte [forte@ufl.edu] and Marianne Greff [greff@ipgp.fr]
