I think this is a very interesting idea and as you say, improved documentation would be great and benefits everyone. It sounds like you’ve already gone through parts of the manual, but just for reference there are sections for building up to running ASPECT in the manual, as well as how to extend and contribute to ASPECT.
That being said, this of course doesn’t mean that what is there in the manual is perfect. Especially since you say you are a freshman learning to use ASPECT, it would be great to hear from you how the current manual has/hasn’t worked for you. If you are able to make it, there is a biweekly ASPECT user meeting on zoom (see this post for the time) where we could discuss what this might look like, or you can post your thoughts here in the forum and we can continue the conversation here (or both!).
