Trying to write an SW4 input file with a 3D velocity model of southern Vancouver Island. The data provided to me is for a volume on the order of ~100km x 100km x 100km, and consists of P and S wave velocities on a 36 x 36 x 35 grid. Are there examples of how to input such a velocity model to an SW4 Green’s function computation? Seems as though the block command is not useful because there are too many grid cubes, but I’m not sure how to enter the data using the other material models surveyed in Chapter 6 of the user guide.
