Hi Pham,

it looks like the instructions are out of date. There is an ipynb at [https://github.com/geodynamics/burnman/blob/master/contrib/ipython/Create\_1D\_ASPECT\_profile.ipynb](https://github.com/geodynamics/burnman/blob/master/contrib/ipython/Create_1D_ASPECT_profile.ipynb) (part of BurnMan) that might work.  
Would you please try to see if you can use it to reproduce the output and report back? If yes, I will update the ASPECT manual.
