Does Pylith support dynamic boundary conditions for creation of new interfaces? For example, if two materials initially separate from each other at the beginning of the program eventually came into contact as the code progressed, could appropriate interfacial conditions be applied to this new interface dynamically?
PyLith does not support creation of dynamic creation of new interior interfaces or contact problems (bodies initially separated that come in contact). The contact problem especially is out of the scope of the type of science problems for which PyLith is designed.
